Access CRM360 Analytics


To access the "Analytics" module, enter the URL address:

To get there, 2 methods:

- On the home page, you will find the four modules. The "Analytics" button (option 2) leads to the "Analytics" module.

- In the main menu, on the left of the window, the "Analytics" module is also accessible (option 1) in the "Analytics" menu.




In the "Analytics" module, you will be able to consult:

  • Purchase reports,
  • Campaign reports,
  • Data reports,
  • Customer event reports,
  • Performance reports,
  • Loyalty program reports,
  • Segmentation reports.
