The mapping consists in matching the columns of the input files with the CRM 360 ° fields.
1.Connect to www.fts-crm360.com
2.Click on the tab:
3.Click on the top left of your screen
4.Click on the top right of your screen
5.You arrive on the list of mappings already made
6. Click on the top right of your screen to create a new mapping, then fill in the fields
Name: Add a Name
Zone: Select the zone into which the data will be imported (Cf. Zone)
Source: It indicates the source of the data (Cf.Source)
File Type: Select the type of data you want to map on the right side of your screen. If you want to map a contact data file then the "File type" will be "Contact".
7. Describe the file format you wish to import
- File header line: File header line (does your file have a header line yes or no)
- Encoding: Encoding
- Column separator: Column separator
Note: if you want to separate your columns with a tabulation then indicate: \ t.
- Paste here the first line of your file: Paste the first line of your file
8.Select the primary key of your file, this primary key is the identification contained in your file.
- No key: There is no identifier
- Internal key: the identifier is linked to CRM 360 °
- External key: the identifier comes from outside (ex: identifier in magento, drupal ...)
Select the foreign key, it defines the link there is with the contact
- No key: There is no identifier
- Internal key: The identifier is linked to CRM 360 °
- External key: The identifier comes from outside (ex: identifier in magento)
- External Multi Source: The identifier is external but unique in all sources (ex: the identifier is the same in magento, drupal ...)
At the top right of your screen is a search field
This allows you to filter the fields:
- All Fields: All fields
- Mandatory Fields: Mandatory fields
- Mapped Fields: Fields already mapped
It is possible to edit:
- Manually these fields by clicking on
- By inserting fixed elements by clicking on and indicating the column of your file that you wish to link with the fields of your mapping.
Note: When you make the link between the column of your file and the mapping field it is possible to modify the values of your file by clicking on
In the list of fields there are several references:
Text type references: such as "contact address" for example
- Truncate: allows you to truncate the text by choosing the maximum length of the text
- Associations: allows to modify a value (ex: transform France into FRA on all the fields of this column)
- Rejection: allows you to delete values (ex: fields = quote will no longer appear on this entire column)
Data type references: such as the "Contact Internal Id" field for example
- Data format: allows to choose the digit format (ex: 9999.99 or 9 999.99)
- Associations: allows you to modify a value (ex: True = 1; False = 0)
- Rejection: allows you to delete values
Date type references: such as the "Birthdate contact" field for example
- Data format: allows to give the date format in order to recognize the date in your file
Once validated: the file turns green
Then validate your mapping at the bottom right of your screen.
Note: the mandatory fields appear in red. In the event of an error or if you forget to add a field, a message appears at the bottom right of your screen informing you of the error made.

10. Indicate the rules of your mapping (RULES)
- Cleansing makes it possible to clean the data:
- Postal: Corrects and validates the address format
- Email: Validates the format of the email
- Phone: Normalizes the format of the phone number - Duplication: Allows you to set up a deduplication rule
- Postal address: Yes / No
- Email: No / Only on email / Deduplication between email and name
- Phone: No / Only on the phone / Deduplication between the phone and the name
Consolidation rule: Consolidate the deduplication rule
- More recent: The rule applies to the most recent data or to the most valid and recent data.
