Create / Edit a commercial action

To create a commercial action, go to the Campaign module and then on the commercial action tab.

Click on

Fill in the population, name, type, cumulative, priority, uniqueness of the offer, coupon category and comments fields.

POPULATION =>

"ALL PUBLIC": It takes everyone into account, so you have no contact information

"IDENTIFIED": This takes into account the contacts identified in the database, so you have information on these contacts such as name, first name, email address, telephone number ... This will allow you to send them marketing actions , coupons, coupons ...

TYPE =>

"REAL TIME"

If the population is "All public" then the type will necessarily be "real time". In fact, it is not possible to have information on "general public" contacts. The commercial action will therefore be done in real time on the checkout tool.

If the population is "Identified" then the type can be "Real time" or "Catch-up by coupon". Indeed the population is identified so you have information on the contacts and you can in case of problem on the checkout tool (Checkout in offline) send a coupon to the contact by email or SMS.

CUMULABLE =>

This allows you to define whether your commercial action can be combined with another commercial action or not.

 

In the case where the commercial action is not cumulative, you must choose the priority of your action (1, 2, 3 ...) according to the number of commercial actions that you have implemented.

UNICITY OF THE OFFER BY THE CUSTOMER =>

If the population is "all public" then the offer cannot be unique (the square is necessarily grayed out)

If the population is "identified" then it is up to you to say whether the offer is unique or not.

COUPLING BY COUPON =>

This function allows you to send a coupon or reduction voucher to an identified contact in the event of a "bug" during checkout. In this case, you must choose the available coupon category (voucher, reduction coupon, etc.)

Catching up by coupon is only possible when the contact is identified in order to have information about it (email address, telephone number).

COMMENTS =>

This function allows you to leave a comment regarding this commercial action.

Once this step is completed confirm by clicking on the bottom right of the screen.

TARGET =>

Then select your target (the target must be made before to find it in the list OR when creating your commercial action. Make sure to validate at the bottom right of the screen before leaving the commercial action module and go to the Targets tab) (see Creating a target)

 

If your population is all public, the target is not to be informed because we do not have contact information. The offer is therefore valid for all customers (identified or not)

Then validate by clicking on at the bottom right of the screen

 Select the stores concerned by checking on the desired store (s) or by checking on "all the stores" to select all the stores.

 This step validates the product scope to which the sales action will apply.

 

Choose the conditions:

- Amount including tax or Quantity

- Operator (lower, upper, equal, lower or equal, higher or equal ...)

and describe the conditions of the commercial action in a short sentence and which makes it easy to know the scope of the product.

then select the triggering product scope from the list. (cf. Scope of product)

 

Choose the advantages:

- Type: Discount including tax, Discount% ...

- Value: (ex: 1 euros = 1 points)

then select the product scope that will benefit from the advantages of your commercial action. (cf. Scope of product)

Attention: In order to find the different perimeters in a list, they must be filled in before creating the commercial action (cf. Product perimeter)

Then validate the commercial action by clicking on the bottom right of the screen.
