Product scope

There are two types of product scope:

=> Scope of triggering product:

The triggering product scope is the product or group of products that will trigger an offer.

 

Benefit product scope:

The benefit product perimeter is the product that will benefit from the advantage thanks to the triggering product perimeter.

 

The triggering product scope and the benefit product scope must be constructed before the creation of the sales action.

 

Example: 2 books purchased = 1 pencil offered (2 books: triggers / 1 pencil: benefit product)

 

Create the product scope =>

To do this, click on the square to the right of the "Product scope" screen on

  • Fill in the "Name" field.
    Try to give a meaningful name to your product perimeter in order to remember it.
  • Choose the type:
    - List of products *

- List of categories **

  • Choose the selection mode:
    - Choice from a list

- Manual entry

- All (this takes into account all the products that are imported into CRM 360 °)

 

* If you select "List of products" then you will have on the right part of the screen, the articles which you can then choose.

By clicking once on the square corresponding to the product line you will include the product

By double clicking on the square corresponding to the product line you will therefore exclude the product

You can also filter the products by registering the product in

and clicking on

By clicking once on the square corresponding to the line of the product category you will include the product category

By double clicking on the square corresponding to the line of the product category you will exclude the product category
