The "New customers per week" report allows you to know the number of new customers per week and per store.
The customer arrives in CRM360 based on the date of their first purchase in a specific store.
The difference with the "Recruitment" report:
Recruitment is a contact entry in the database (for example: newsletter subscription, basket/quote, account registration, etc.).
The "New customers per week" table corresponds to the customer's first purchase, regardless of the date of entry into the database.
Ex: Mr. X subscribes to the newsletter in January but he makes his purchase in March so he appears in March (it is the reverse in the recruitment table)
At the end of this table, you will have the total of new customers by store.
PLEASE NOTE: the overall total appears at the top. The last chart (bottommost) is the total per store based on your store selection.
