This report allows you to know the number of new customers per week and per store.
The customer arrives in CRM360 according to the date of his first purchase in a prec store
The difference with the "Recruitment" report:
Recruitment is a contact entry in the database (example: newsletter registration, basket / quote, account registration ...)
This table "New customers per week": this is a first purchase regardless of the date of entry into the database
Ex: Mister X subscribes to the newsletter in January but makes his purchase in March so he appears in March (the reverse is true in the recruitment table)
At the end of this table you will have the total of new customers per store.
PLEASE NOTE: the overall total appears at the top, while at the very bottom (the last graph) corresponds to the total per store according to your store selection
