Change or reset to Password


If you wish to change your password or if you have forgotten your password, here is the procedure to reset the password linked to a login:

On the CRM360 login target, click on the "Forgotten password" link.



Fill in your username and click on the button "Request new password".



  • An email with a new password generated by CRM360 is sent to the email address linked to the login you entered,
  • Once this new password is received, log in to CRM360 again using this new password,
    CRM360 will ask you to change this password to a password of your choice.
  • Each password must contain at least:
  1. A Lowercase letter ;
  2. A capital letter ;
  3. A number ;
  4. 8 characters.

In "Old Password", please enter the password received by email and in "New Password", your new password.
