Analysis of purchasing behavior


The "Purchasing behavior analysis" report allows you to analyze the purchasing behavior of your customers.

The list of marketing actions is displayed according to the dates (start and end) and the analysis is carried out over a maximum of 60 days.




You can thus analyze the purchasing behavior of your customers thanks to:

- Number of sending

- Number of controls (if you selected a control group)

- Number of buyers

- Percentage of buyers

- Number of purchases

- Total Price

- Average basket

- Number of sample purchases

- Witness total including tax

- Medium sample basket


It is possible to put filters by selecting the types of sending (oneshot, automatic, A/B testing) and the channel (email, SMS, non-commercial email, extraction...).

Like most analytics reports, you can extract the data, share it, save your viewing preferences, and log out.
