Analysis of purchasing behavior

This report allows you to analyze the purchasing behavior of your customers.

The list of marketing actions is displayed according to the dates (start and end) and the analysis is done over a maximum of 60 days.

You can thus analyze the purchasing behavior of your customers thanks to:

- The number of sending

- The number of witnesses (if you have selected a control group)

- The number of buyers

- Percentage of buyers

- The number of purchases

- Total including tax

- To the average basket

- The number of sample purchases

- In total including tax

- To the average sample basket

It is possible to set filters by selecting the types of sending (Oneshot, Automatic, A / B testing) and the channel (email, SMS, non-commercial email, extraction ...)

Like most analysis reports you can extract data, share data, save your viewing preferences and log out.
