Marketing actions management


When creating your marketing action, you are asked to provide:

  1. Sender,
  2. A reply address,
  3. The subject of the message.



It is possible (and not mandatory) to insert a personalization zone in the subject (surname, first name, civility... depending on the data you have in CRM360) (Cf Personalization zone)

You can also add a smiley.


In addition, you can have a visualization of your template in portable, tablet or computer format.
