Monitoring of commercial actions

This report identifies the performance and use of the commercial actions, or offers, implemented. Over the period selected, the table presents the indicators corresponding to the chosen scope as well as the indicators of purchases benefiting from the offer.

Explanation of the different perimeters

For a product A purchased, during the period of validity of the offer, reduction on a product B

Product A = Trigger

offer validity period = all

Product B = advantage

Trigger: the triggering perimeter corresponds to the purchases of products which gives access to the offer.

Advantage: the advantage perimeter corresponds to the products to which the offer applies.

All: includes all purchases over the period of validity of the offer.

Number of tickets: number of transactions corresponding to the scope

Number of beneficiary tickets: number of transactions using the offer

Number of products: quantity of products associated with perimeter transactions

Number of beneficiary products: quantity of products to which the discount offered by the commercial offer applies

Revenue CA: overall turnover of the selected perimeter over the analysis period

CA Beneficiary products: turnover of products to which the discount offered by the commercial offer applies

Amount discounted: sum of amounts discounted as part of the commercial offer

Number of points: sum of points awarded as part of the commercial offer



It is possible to adjust the period to analyze more precisely a particular time interval, to compare with a different scope, to select the stores included in the analysis.

And to go further, by selecting a line in the table, it is possible to access the two sub-reports allowing a more detailed analysis for a particular offer.

This sub-report provides a vision of the use of a particular offer distributed by store. It includes the indicators from the main report with one line per store for the selected offer.

This sub-report provides a vision of the use of a particular offer broken down by product. It includes the indicators of the main report with one line per product for the selected offer.

Only the benefit perimeter can be used on this sub-report.
