The objective is to identify the re-purchase following a first purchase. You therefore have the result of the number of re-purchases.

Below the first arrow: re-purchase rate and in brackets the average re-purchase time.

You can hover over the rate below the arrow, and you will find those who have received X communications between the two purchases.

In "Detail" you have the sub reports which allow you to have the detail by categories and communications.
