Procedure for clearing the cache


Cache is a set of data stored temporarily, when using a SaaS platform like CRM360.

When the page is loaded for the first time, certain data is retained, such as the content of the menu, and during subsequent loads, the display is optimized by the fact that there is less data to fetch from us.

This is the advantage of the cache.


On the other hand, sometimes it is better to go and get the new data.

Especially, if we have made an update to add new functionality.

To do this, go to the top right and select More tools, and finally Clear browsing data.




Complete the action by checking the data to be erased, as below.
